YOGA with Amanda
Vinyasa yoga uses postures, breathing and meditation to nourish your body, open the heart and liberate your mind. It interlinks postures to form a continuous flow, with the breath. It creates a movement meditation that reveals all forms as being impermanent and for this reason are not held on to.
You may feel the benefits of improved strength, balance, and flexibility. Yoga is not just about the poses, but learning to live a way of life. Learn how to be non violent towards others, the planet and ourselves. By nurturing ourselves we will help bring peace within, and then share and inspire others to do the same.
My inspiration comes from Deborah King (Inner Light Yoga), Vanessa Rudge & Michael Daly (Being Yoga). Thank-you
Suitable for all levels. Time to slow down and energise the body. Using breath and movement through a range of traditional yoga postures, you stretch and open your body with flowing sequences and guided relaxation. It is a balanced vinyasa flow yoga practice without placing too much stress on your body.
Suitable for all levels. This class is done at night, and is for those wanting to rest, heal and rejuvenate their mind and body at the end of the day. Good for those with injuries or have difficulty sleeping. We are prepping the body for a good night sleep. Gentler poses are used, followed by meditation in your most comfortable position, so we can relax our nervous system and shut down for the night.
